We offer click & collect service to all our local Jersey customers. Please note that due to the nature of some of our products and warehouse locations, not all of our products are available for our Click & Collect. This will be notified to you once you have placed the order.
↩ Return & Refund
We offer the best product and services to our customers; however, we understand that at times the product is not the right fit for you. Please bring back the product within 28 days along with the purchase proof for either a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the product must be unused, unopened and in its own packaging.
All our products have 1 year warranty. If your purchase is deemed faulty, you will be able to return it to us along with proof of your purchase for either a full refund or exchange.
All returns will be refunded using the original method of payment.
